What we count

We count visits to this site ourselves, on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany, with an open-source tool called Umami. Umami stores no cookie on your device. Your IP address is not kept. None of these figures is shared with or sold to anyone.

For every visitor, we count:

• the pages viewed and the buttons used (trailer, Steam, Discord, social links);
• the type of device and browser, the screen size, the language and the country;
• the name of the site you came from, without the rest of its address.

We use these figures to know how many people visit the site and to fix what does not work.

What we only record if you say yes

If you answer Yes to the question at the bottom of the page, we also record which link or ad brought you here: the full address of the page you came from and the campaign tags in the link you followed. This tells us which posts and ads are worth making. If you answer No, or do not answer, none of this is recorded.

Yes also lets Meta (the company behind Instagram and Facebook) note your visit with its pixel, which stores a cookie on your device, so that we can show our ads to people who visited this site. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). With No, or no answer, the Meta pixel is never loaded.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics are kept for 25 months at most, then deleted.
